Usage of TrackTik


The Tracktik system tracks officers’ clock-in/out times. If a guard is late, supervisors receive automatic alerts. Supervisors conduct unannounced site inspections to ensure guards are on post and alert. Guards must call in hourly during evening/midnight shifts; non-responsive guards prompt immediate supervisor dispatch. Guards log activities on Tracktik dashboard (round times, hazards, etc.) and make rounds as per instructions. Monthly evaluations ensure adherence to duties and post orders.

Guard Arrival and Departure

Ensuring on-time arrival and departure of guards using the advanced TrackTik guard patrol and GPS system.

Field Inspection Supervisors

Dedicated supervisors conduct unannounced site inspections to ensure guards remain alert and on post, maintaining security standards.

Continuous Guard Monitoring

We employ a 24-hour command post to monitor guards, requiring hourly check-ins and dispatching supervisors for non-responsive guards.
